The banking sector has undergone a rapid digital transformation, making digital banking solutions a key component in enhancing individuals’ financial decision-making. This study aims to examine the impact of various dimensions of digital banking—namely security, ease of use, reliability, responsiveness, trust, and perceived value—on the quality of financial decisions made by customers of Iraqi banks. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach and includes an applied field study using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 60 employees working in several banks across Baghdad. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 to assess the relationships and effects among the variables.Findings reveal a strong and statistically significant correlation between the adoption of digital banking services and the effectiveness of financial decisions, with a correlation coefficient of 0.79 and a coefficient of determination of 62%. Among the examined dimensions, perceived value was found to have the strongest influence, followed by ease of use and trust, while responsiveness had the least impact.Based on these insights, the study recommends enhancing the practical value of digital banking services, simplifying user interfaces, and improving both technical support and system reliability. It calls on Iraqi banks to strategically invest in digital solutions that empower individuals to make more informed and efficient financial decisions.
