The Impact of Organizational Alignment Dimensions on the Personality Architecture of Insurance Service Providers at the Iraqi General Insurance Company

The research aims to demonstrate the impact of organizational alignment dimensions as an independent variable and across its dimensions (decision-making behavior, work environment, organizational openness, entrepreneurial orientation) on the personality architecture of insurance service providers, as a dependent variable across its dimensions (self-schema, work intentions, self-efficacy, ethical standards, and personal goal setting). The research problem concentrates on the nature of the interactive relationship between its variables and the extent to which organizational alignment can contribute to enhancing the professional characteristics of insurance service providers at the Iraqi General Insurance Company, the site of application. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach as a methodological framework. A main hypothesis and several sub-hypotheses were tested via a questionnaire directed at a sample of (153) employees out of (250) in the company under study. The data were processed using(SPSS v.28),relying on several statistical tools, including the weighted mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, correlation coefficients, linear regression, and coefficient of determination (R). The results showed that organizational alignment plays a pivotal and influential role in shaping the professional personality architecture of insurance service providers, and that the relationship between them is significantly related and influential, contributing to improving performance quality and developing service efficiency within the insurance company environment.
