Abstract

The aim of the research is to measure the relationship of correlation and influence of the digital entrepreneurial readiness through its dimensions represented by (survey, research, linkage, evaluation and judgment) in enhancing the level of functional maturity represented by the ability to (decision-making, excellence, adapt), by adopting the descriptive analytical method using the questionnaire as a major data collection from employees at the administrative levels (top and middle), who number (125) officials in private Iraqi commercial banks, namely the Bank (Baghdad, Middle East for Investment, Business Bay, Al-Mansour Investment, Ashur International Investment). These data was analyzed with the adoption of the ready statistical program SPSS v. 28) In light of the statistical results, the most prominent of which was the existence of an association and moral impact for the digital pioneering readiness of the banks researched in enhancing the level of fuctional maturity among employees, as the dimensions of the digital entrepreneurial readiness of banks were able to explain the changes in the level of fuctional maturity by (68.8%).  The research recommends the studies banks to focus on the digital entrepreheurial readiness by paying attention with two terms, survey andresearch evaluation and judgement, also staying informed about new ideas wich contributes to provide employees with information that enhances their fuctional maturity.
