Ways to improve the insurance industry using financial indicators / an applied study at the National Insurance Company

Abstract

The research aims to develop the insurance industry by supporting it with performance-enhancing indicators, thus contributing to its role in economic development. It also aims to provide researchers with a study addressing the topic of insurance and its impact on the development of the insurance industry, a resource that other researchers can build upon to complement Iraqi insurance industry development projects. The researchers adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, as it is considered appropriate for studying social phenomena. It describes phenomena and provides data about them, while clarifying and analyzing their causes and consequences. It also identifies the influencing factors with the aim of reaching conclusions and making recommendations.
