The research aims to introduce the actuarial work and prepare a program for auditing actuarial work according to the principles of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the International Social Security ( ISSA) for worker, and the research relied on the ( 2014-2019), and one of the most important results is the lace of a special program for auditing the actuarial work of the retirement and Social Security department for workers in accordance with the principles International Labor Organization (ILO) and the International Social Security ( ISSA) in the research sample unit, the absence of a database that includes information about the demographic structure, characteristics of retirees, retirement behavior , rates of accidents causing disability and retirement, the absence of an internal actuarial department to carry out the internal actuarial operations necessary to prepare actuarial data and to develop the evaluation methodology and assumptions ,and among important recommendations is the need to implement the actuarial work audit program for the department accordance with the principles of the Labor Organization International and the International Social Security Association knowledge th future commitments, determining the value of current benefits and available cash liquidity ,conducting actuarial studies and research to benefit from them in guiding and guiding actuaries and actuarial workers in matters related to financing ,providing Social Security benefits ,managing risks and investment , knowing the obstacles , challenges and restrictions facing the Social Security system and developing appropriate solutions for it .
